Most user applications nowadays are dependent on a functioning Internet connection. That is why, at NexTek, all of our clients connections are monitored from our secured datacenter and by our staff. When a customer connection goes offline, we are immediately notified and can look for the reasoning behind this. For example, we may see several customers in a similar area go down. This could be power outage or a service provider issue in the area. We will determine when it is and isn’t as a result of a potential equipment issue onsite and will proactively open a ticket with your ISP on your behalf or dispatch someone onsite to look into it further. In the event of any hardware failure, all of our customer network configurations are backed up nightly and can be restored to new equipment quickly and efficiently.
